造型方面，新一代北京奔馳C級長軸距版與海外標軸版基本一致。新車融入了新的家族式設計元素，多邊形格柵與細長的前大燈組相結合。前臉造型與中期改款梅賽德斯E級非常相似（參數|詢價）。值得一提的是，除了市場上出現的主要車型外，新一代北京奔馳C級長軸距版將繼續提供標準車型供消費者選擇。

The Mercedes-Benz EQS incorporates the latest design elements from the EQ family, giving it a sporty overall appearance, especially the sleek back design, which is somewhat similar to the CLS model. On the front face, the new car adopts the family style "Dark Night Star Emblem" closed grille, and can be optionally equipped with a three-dimensional star emblem pattern of "Dark Night Star Array" closed grille.
